Honda Pilot tire size on the current third-gen (2023+) is three stamps in the owner's manual: 255/60R18, 265/60R18 and 255/50R20. TrailSport takes the wider 18. Touring and Elite take the 20. The LX and Sport usually take the 255/60R18. Year and package still beat a guess.
Stock sizes by trim
Honda prints all three sizes in the 2025 Pilot manual as available regular tires. That is honest: the same nameplate ships more than one. The 265/60R18 also shows up as the full-size spare on some trims, which is a clue it clears the well.

Why the sticker beats the chart
A Pilot that tows or sits on 20s already has a different load and a different ride than the 18-inch truck. Match the load index on the placard, not just the geometry. The load index page is that table.
A Honda Pilot can leave the factory on more than one size. Export markets, mid-year packages and previous-owner plus-sizes all disagree with a chart. Read the driver-door placard. Match width, aspect ratio and rim together.
Swapping to a different size
255/60R18 is about 30.0 inches. 265/60R18 is about 30.5. 255/50R20 is about 30.0. The 20-inch package is plus-two with diameter held. The TrailSport is a wider, slightly taller 18. If you want more than that, you are in Tacoma/F-150 territory and the tire size chart is the next table.
Pilot vs Passport
Passport shares the 18- and 20-inch idea and some of the stamps (245/60R18 and 255/50R20 on older and Elite rows). They are not the same vehicle. Do not order a Pilot TrailSport 265 for a Passport because the numbers look close. Read that door.
