Toyota RAV4 tire size is Honda CR-V logic with a Toyota badge. Width stays 225. The wheel grows from 17 to 19 and the aspect ratio drops from 65 to 55. LE and Woodland sit on 225/65R17. XLE sits on 225/60R18. Limited and XSE sit on 225/55R19. Prime and hybrid follow the trim, not the plug.

Fifth-gen RAV4 (2019+) is this table. TRD Off-Road used a 225/65R17 in several years, which is why it sits with the LE even though the cladding looks tougher.

Why the sticker beats the chart
A Limited that has been winter-wheeled on 17s will show 225/65R17 on the sidewall and 225/55R19 on the placard. That is a legal winter setup only if the diameter stays close and the load index matches. Check both.
A Toyota RAV4 can leave the factory on more than one size. Export markets, mid-year packages and previous-owner plus-sizes all disagree with a chart. Read the driver-door placard. Match width, aspect ratio and rim together.
Swapping to a different size
225/65R17 is about 28.5 inches. 225/60R18 is about 28.6. 225/55R19 is about 28.7. You can move between these three without moving the speedometer much. You cannot put a 245 on a RAV4 because a forum said it looks better, not without measuring the well. The comparison is step one.
Woodland is not a Tacoma
Woodland's 225/65R17 is an all-terrain tread on a crossover height. It is not a 265/70R17. If you want Tacoma sizes, you want a Tacoma. The RAV4 well will not thank you for the mix-up.
